The Owen Sound Billy Bishop Regional Airport was certified on May 26th, 1993 with Transport Canada. It is located in beautiful Grey County 3.8 km East of Owen Sound on Highway 26. The 6000 square foot terminal building is one of the most modern municipal terminals in the Province of Ontario. The general public is welcome to visit our public lounge and watch a wide variety of aircraft take off and land. The general aviation area contains private hangars built on city leased land. The runway is 3932 feet by 75 feet of paved asphalt.
